Individual counselling can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and find healthier ways to cope and thrive.
How it works
Your sessions are your time to talk, to share your story, and to process your thoughts and emotions.
In these sessions, I will work collaboratively with you to:

Identify concerns and set personal goals

Explore patterns and emotional responses

Explore contributing social factors

Develop strategies for change and self-care

Your counselling will be tailored to meet your specific needs, background, and pace.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can occur as often as you would like, typically every week, two weeks, or as needed. Everything shared in counselling is kept confidential, in accordance with ethical guidelines outlined in the Canadian Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics.
